Problems encountered in the production of straw pellet machine and solutions
The straw pellet machine is a device for crushing, returning and directly compressing straw into pellet. There is no chemical change in the process of production, but simple compression at high temperature, the advantage of this device is that it does not add any additives during the production process, and the process is simple and easy to operate, no pollution during combustion. Today, when environmental slogans are loud, many big cities stop burning coal, giving them the chance to display their coal. At the same time, the state also has supportive policies to build some biomass power plants, specifically designed to burn the coal, and the power plants will receive subsidies. This kind of coal sales mainly focus on environmentally friendly cities, used in burning boilers and biomass power plants.
In the process of forming, it is normal to stop production when there is a problem, the experienced carbon factory usually prepares a spare machine to ensure the production schedule. But more generally, there is only one set of equipment, it has to be checked and repaired when there is problems. Here are some of the problems encountered in production and the corresponding solutions.
- Bar bending: excessive moisture in the raw material.
- Anti gas: In production, the gas is ejected from the material outlet, mainly due to insufficient feed. It may also be due to excessive moisture in the raw material and insufficient heating temperature.
- Bright surface: a light rod section, the density is good but the hardness is poor. This is why the first spiral at the start is too steep, it should be polished smooth.
- The center of the rod is small in density or contains scattered sawdust: This is because of the abrasion of the root diameter at the tip of the propeller shaft. It is necessary to repair the weld.
- Surface crack: the raw material moisture is too big, easy to cause the bar body to produce the crosswise crack, the moisture is too small then many, causes the longitudinal crack appearance. In addition, excessive heating may cause excessive softening of the feedstock, resulting in insufficient feed, this can also lead to cracks. The general solution of insufficient feeding approach is to increase the spiral diameter properly, or grinding spiral wall, increase the distance between the spiral.
- Forming machine "blasting" may be for the following reasons: Improper temperature control, excessive moisture of raw materials, the propeller is worn and the shaft tip is not sharp, the vent plug, the spiral propeller is too large or too small, sleeve wear seriously, etc. When faced with this situation, according to the above reasons one by one control, after finding out the reasons for the corresponding adjustments.
- The molding machine doesn't come out: when the heating temperature is too high or too low, the forming sleeve is seriously worn, the angle of the propeller does not match and the moisture of the raw material is too large. When the molding machine works normally, the forming rod is extruded evenly from the sleeve, and the rod should be black brown, uniform hardness, smooth surface, no cracks, the surface of the center hole is smooth, and the exhaust is smooth.
- "Stuffy car": the material mixed with large particles and hard impurities. Low voltage or low heating temperature may also be the raw material is not dry. The former needs to stop and remove the impurities, the latter should continue to heat, soften or dry the material.
