Introduction of air flow dryer
The air flow dryer dry off the material by the high temperature air which is as heat medium. The air flow dryer is suitable for drying the particle whose diameter is less than 3 mm and length less than 5 mm, such as rice hull, sawdust, tree fragments, etc.
Working principle of air flow dryer
Making the powder, granule, sawdust and other raw materials to be the drying room through the conveying device, make the raw materials together with the air flow, under the effect of high temperature air flow, achieve the effect of drying materials.
Product features of air flow dryer
- The raw material: rice husk, sawdust and shredded wood shavings, branches, wood chip and other granular materials (the diameter is less than 3 mm and length is less than 5 mm).
- The production efficiency: when hot air is 180 ℃, making the 30% relative humidity sawdust or rice husk dry to the 10% relative humidity. when hot air temperature is not lower than 180 ℃, can be up to 300 ℃.
- Fuel which can choose: wood, chopped wood, coal, steam or electric heating.
