Dominican clients investigated and ordered flat die pellet press

In Sep. 2014, a group of Dominican clients came to GEMCO factory workshop to visit and test flat die pellet press. Our salesman received them warmly and demonstrated the production process of our electric flat die pellet press. These clients are satisfied with the high output and good shape.

But they raise another question—to test the combustion effect. Because of high density and hardness, the pellets are not easy to ignite in the beginning. Our staffs came up with an idea—to ignite a cloth socked by oil, and ignite the pellets with the cloth. Eventually, clients were pleased with the combustion effect.

They spoke highly of our pellet press, and expressed their intention to purchase our pellet press and wood pellet production line. After several days, we finally waited until they signed an agreement with us. This is the affirmation of our hard work and sincere attitude. We will as always provide superior products and thoughtful service to our clients.
