The correct use methods of pellet press

1. The biomass pellet mill should be fixed on cement based if long-term operation.
2.  After the installation of the biomass pellet mill, we must check the fastening conditions of all the parts. Be sure to tighten them if they are loose.
3. Before starting the biomass pellet mill, please manually operate it to check whether its operation is flexible and reliable, whether there is  collision in the machine. Make sure that the motor and pellet mill are well lubricated.
4. Don’t replace the mill parts casually.
5. Please idling the crushing machine after starting, Make sure there is no abnormality and then proceed to normal work after confirming that there is no abnormality.
6. Pay attention to the operation of the biomass pellet mill during work, and the feeding should be uniform. If any abnormality is found, immediately stop the machine for inspection and continue to work until the trouble is resolved.
7. The crushed materials should be carefully checked to prevent accidents caused by copper, iron, stones and other hard objects into the crushing chamber. When the operator sends the material, please stand on the side of the pellet press in order to prevent the rebound sundries to injure the face.
