How to replace die and roller set for wood pellet mill?

While using for a long time which is over its service time, separate parts are broken or you just want to relax them, how to replace die and roller set for wood pellet mill is an intractable problem we are facing severely. In the beginning, you’d better wear a pair of work gloves to refrain from dirty and harm. Firstly, remove the input hopper and release the safety lock before doing all, then remove the upper box  body of the wood pellet mill. They are very easy to operate, and at one go. Next use a convenient wrench to screw the smaller fastening bolt. And screw the hex bolt and checking ring. Later remove the roller set with a wrench or a helper for it is a little hard to move. To follow on, remove the flat position key. On account of its extension is minute, so just remember to remove it, or the next steps will not go on wheels. OK, next you need to release the hex nut, and remove the hex bolt. Please be patient, it is tiring but necessary and don’t forget there are more than one hex nut and bolt. Then fix the hexagon sockets screw on the both sides of the die set to keep force balance, then lift and remove the die set. Next release the hexagon socket bolt with tools, and adjust the position of the cutter for several times to control the length of the wood pellets. For the last step, keep the spare roller set and die set in dry place and cover them with anti-rust oil to avoid rusting or some other destroy.
