Why biomass fuel get popular?
Biomass fuel refers to the raw materials used as fuel, which are generally agriculture and forestry wastes, such as crop straw, saw dust, bagasses and cavings. Biomass fuel is distinctive from fossil fuel. Burning biomass materials directly will cause pollution, which is forbidden in many places.

However, through a series of processing technologies including crushing, mixing, pressing and drying, these raw materials are made into BMF(biomass molding fuel). As a clean fuel supported by governments, it is allowed to be burned directly.

For home use, BMF have more advantages. It can avoid the fly ash generated by burning loose straws, thus helping improve the indoor air quality and rural environment.     After harvesting wheat, corn, rice and other crops, there are usually a large amount of agricultural wastes left on the farmland, such as rice husk, maize straw, wheat bran, peanut husk. They are excellent raw materials for making biomass pellets. Meanwhile, as they are concentrated, it is easy to gather them.
  • Forestry wastes
    Biomass fuel can be seen as a substitute for firewood. The later one gradually are gradually eliminated for its low burn off rate, high ash content and waste heat. Working Principle

Home pellet machine usually adopts flat die structure. This is a simple structure with low cost. The pressing components are a flat round steel die and a roller with grooves. According to different rotating parts, they can be divided into R-type, rotating roller and stationary die, and D-type, rotating die and stationary roller.

When you feed raw materials into the hopper, they fall into the clearance of the roller and die. Under high pressure from the roller, they are pressed into the holes on the flat die, and come out in the shape of pillars. There are slicers under the flat die cutting them into pellets of certain length. It is fit for fibrous raw materials, which is easy to operate. Meanwhile, flat die pellet press applies to small-scale production, because the pressure would be uneven if the flat die is too large.
