Working principle of GEMCO flat die pellet mill
GEMCO flat die pellet mill is mainly composed of press roller, flat die, feeder, gear bearings and power source. Adopting vertical principle, while the machine is working normally, the biomass raw materials drops down by the its own weight into the pelletizing chamber where they are compressed between the roller and die to form pellets by going through the die holes.Generally, there are two types of GEMCO flat die pellet mills in the market, R type is called rotating roller type and D type is called rotating die type. The roller of R type is rotating with the main shaft and the flat die is fixed, while D type is on the contrary, it means the roller is fixed and the flat die is rotating with the main shaft. The two transmission modes are different, but the working principle is the same.
R type flat die pellet mill is costs more than D type because the former has smarter design. If your requirement is high and your budget is flexible, R type is suitable for you.
